In China, 80% of the oil is pumped using traditional rod pumping mode. This type of metal pumping rod has the disadvantages of large weight, easy corrosion, low fatigue performance, and high incidence of oil recovery accidents. The use of carbon fiber composite materials overcomes these shortcomings and has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, greatly improving oil recovery efficiency, and having a very broad application prospect.
